Borough of Grove City Council Public Hearing and Regular Meeting

The Borough of Grove City Council will meet on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 6:30PM  for a public hearing, with the regular meeting to follow at 7PM. These meetings will be at the Borough Office located at 123 W. Main Street, Grove City, PA 16127. The agenda for the meetings can be found below:

Borough of Grove City Council Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Grove City Borough Council on December 4, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. regarding a request by Bevan Family Limited Partnership to be granted Conditional Use approval that would allow existing medical office buildings located at 408, 410, 430 and 432 Hillcrest Ave, Grove City, PA 16127, which are legal conforming uses, to be converted into multi-family dwellings as defined by Borough of Grove City Zoning Ordinance 1419. Under the Borough of Grove City Zoning Ordinance 1419, multi-family dwellings within the C-2 Commercial District, in which the subject properties are located, are considered a Conditional Use and require approval by the Borough of Grove City Council. The general public is invited to attend the said hearing and offer comments thereon prior to Grove City Borough Council making a formal decision whether to grant the conditional use allowing for such a change.

The hearing will be held before the Grove City Borough Council at the Grove City Borough Municipal Building located at 123 West Main Street, Grove City, Pennsylvania 16127. Borough Leaf Collection

Although the scheduled Fall Leaf Collection pick up by routes has concluded, the Borough will continue to pick up leaves curbside as the weather permits. This collection will continue borough-wide until such time when our trucks are required to be switched over for snow plowing duty. 

Posting of Signs, Placards, Advertisements Prohibited

It is unlawful for any person or entity to attach any sign, placard, notice or advertisement of any kind or description upon any signposts, trees, fire hydrants, utility poles, traffic poles and streetlight poles which are owned by Grove City Borough and are located adjacent to the public streets, alleys or highways within Grove City Borough.

Grove City Borough officials have authority to immediately remove any sign, placard, notice or advertisement of any kind or description from Borough property as described above.

The penalty for violation of this ordinance is a fine of not more than $300 for each date that the said person or entity is in violation of this Ordinance, plus court costs.
